NT Summit in Rio?

I really want to attend (my first) WC 2014 in Brasil. Would be an experience of a lifetime. Discussing with friends, but usually difficult and far trips such as this one fall through the cracks. Work and school permitting (time). Money and other expenses. Language barrier.

For those serious, I truly recommend looking up a close friend that has family or relatives in Brasil. Would be more cost efficient and practical.

I support South Korea and Portugal by the way for NT. Also like Belgium.
