I stayed there last time I was in Vegas.  No problems with the hotel.. I think there are two clubs in there, including the Playboy one.  The main thing is that it's not on the strip... about a mile off.  So, it's either cabs or driving.  Although, I think they offer a tram.

You will have fun but you are going with your girl which means you won't have as much fun as you could. First time i went i went with my girl, had fun but it wasn't amazing. Next time i went with friends, had the best time of my life.

If you wanna live the true vegas experience you gotta blow money it happens. I managed with about 750-900 but I def wanna come down with a bit more next time. I came home absolutely broke.

I went for a full week. but you're really missing out on the drinking. for those that do drink some of the bar's have a lot of cool "tricks" they do that are pretty fun.
and the 80 oz funnels, eiffel tower, guitar are good.

things to check out: ****'s last resort. If you have a bunch of people with you that like to have fun and can take jokes this place is amazing.
cirque du soleil or any of the cirque shows are all absolutely amazing and worth the price.
spearmint rhino is the greatest place man has ever created.
Gotta check out a club or two it's entirely your choice
See the free water show / pirate show on the strip their not hard to find
rehab pool party at the hard rock will be the crazy time of your life if you're there on a sunday
One place i really enjoyed was paris, they had some great food in their and the price wasn't too crazy.
the eiffel tower is nice but you gotta dress up otherwise you're not getting in. also the price is more on the expensive side.
there's a trillion things to do in vegas I dont know where this 2 days talk comes from.

I'm going to Vegas during Memorial day weekend. I will stay at Caesars cause I have a players card and they offer the Caesars chain of hotels for free for me, but I figured Caesars is the best choice. Any idea of how much cash I should bring to cover my expenses? I love to gamble but I'm thinking 1k should be enough from friday- sunday/ maybe monday..

if he's staying at Caesars hes gonna need more than a grand.

During a busy holiday weekend like that, hes gonna be hardpressed to find anything less than a $25 table.  $1,000 for the entire weekend is tough to stretch at those limits.  I usually play $10-15 craps myself and will buy in $200-300 usually.  at $25 table, youre probably lookin at closer to $400-500 to have some money to play through the swings.

Its been a few years since I last stayed at Caesars, and I probably wont stay there again.  I'm not afraid to admit it.  I'm a poor @%+ dude and cant afford to gamble there.  Also the rooms (atleast hte ones I stayed at) were ridiculously far from the front door if you want to venture out and walk to another hotel on the strip.  It would take us damn near 25 minutes just to stumble across the street to Bills or Harrahs
