The frame rate was the bigger issue.

all sand box games have frame rate issues though try blowing up 100 cars in saints row and see what happens.

I've been going back and forth between San Andreas and IV on Xbox. San Andreas runs way more smoothly. Of course, IV has more detail for obvious reasons, but I would've gladly sacrificed some of the detail if it prevented the frame rate from being so choppy in the outside environments when you're driving. Also, the running animation of the character is way cooler on San Andreas. I have no idea why they took such a step backwards with IV. BTW, I do feel that IV gets way more hate than it deserves on this forum. It's still a phenomenal game, but flat out inferior to San Andreas.

They need to combine the car customization from Midnight Club + the coolness from Vice City + the size of San Andreas + the graphics from GTA: IV.

Or just make a GIANT map with GTA: III, VC, SA, and IV...airports with actual planes that would fly you from city to city for a fee. (i.e. taxi service) & you could choose to stay the whole flight or parachute out.

It would possibly be the most epic game, ever.
