Half size up for Nike Free+ 2?

I'm a 10.5 in everything, should I stay at 10.5 or go up to 11?

I go 1/2 size up on all nike running shoes. They run narrow for me and my feet are kinda wide. But every ones' feet is a lil different. I'd recommend you going down to a store and trying on a pair, that is if it's convenient for you.

I went a half size down after my first pair of free's, they stretch out quite a bit.

I just got mine im an 11.5 and got an 11.5 and they fit a little snug. But not too bad. I kind of like the snug fit

they actually feel pretty good snug IMO. They are so soft and flexible as far as material so it doesn't cause pain or discomfort

They fit true to size
