This one always gets me 

I remember one year back home, this guy decided to dress up as a scarecrow and just sit on his front porch beside a bowl of candy. Every time someone would reach down for the candy, he'd scare the living $#!@ out of them. Well, I happened to witness this guy going up to the porch with his daughter, and the dude jumped up to scare them both and the father just KO'd the guy right on his porch and left with his daughter
