I feel that its up to the person who initiates it....when my girl wants shrimp, its on her. If I bring up Hooter, I'm footing the bill. I'm driving outthere, so the least she can do is pay for the meal. Its rare that we split the bill unless we both hurting at the moment and still want to eat/go out.
