HELP! Best airline to get to PI from CA??????

I was wondering what is the best/cheapest airline to get to Manila from CA(I live in Sacramento)? What is the best time of year to go? Best Hotels? Any info would be great. Thanks

i think the best air lines and for a decent price is eva airlines cause they always get there on time but if u want the best prices get ur tickets in advance but yea the best time to go is prolly dec-feb not to hot weather wise i wish i could help out about the hotels but i usally just stay with family there but yea i hope this helps
