Help with CG Pre-Order problem?

This happened to me on the flints so i called my credit card company right away about the CG too... Luckily my credit card company refunded me for the flints and is looking into the CG since they were due to arrive 12/23

Our supplier didn't fulfill their end of the deal so I cannot fulfill our end. I dearly apologize, we haven't stolen anyone's money. We've used this supplier since we first launched the end of last year and this is the first time they haven't come through for us. This is no bodies fault but our own and we take full responsibility and have refunded everyone's money. If you have not received a refund please email me directly at Matt@sneakerbum.com and I will look into each individual case.
We've done nothing illegal nor have we scammed anyone, we made a poor business decision in putting our sole trust in our supplier and will face the consequences.
I'm a sneakerhead as well so I understand everyone's frustration.
From my understanding there's not gonna be a Cleveland Got Sole III since Lebron left.

I've got ZERO sympathy for all the pre-orderers and keyboard commandos who are too scared to get out here and experience a REAL release like these Cool Greys.... I'm in Omaha, nebraska so don't talk to me about availability, the nearest LS account is 3 hours away and out-of-state....
I've been doin it the REAL way, the OG way, gettin out here and solidifyin contacts to get the pairs I need FOR RETAIL OR LESS.... you OVERpayed for early release b-grades that you still haven't received.... this is my example of "you get what you pay for" or "chiccens coming home to roost" etc.... you tryed to flex your capitalist muscle but ended up on the receiving end of some very socialist type of activity.... in any case good lucc to you and learn a lesson from all this....

Gimme a break. There is nothing wrong with pre-orders. Just be smart about it is all. Don't pay too far in advance that your cc wont help you, SIMPLE AS THAT!!!. Companies have been doing it for years so it isn't a new phenomenon.
