Don’t be surprised if firms and other business office spaces in NYC don’t renew their leases in the months following the stay at home. I’ve been remote working since mid March and have been even more efficient than I was in the office, not to mention I’ve left my home in Jersey and currently living in GA taking the occasional trip back to the city when need be. This pandemic has exposed that you don’t need to somewhere in the flesh to be an asset.

It's probably possible to get pneumothorax from wearing a tight fitting mask like an N95 and doing strenuous activity, but definitely on the extremely rarer side.

A mask which is not valved, changes the blood gas equation, and it leads to a special phenomena called PEEP (Positive End-Expiratory Pressure). This PEEP may lead to pneumothorax (punctured lungs), especially when there is too much strain on lungs, like when we are running, or doing strenuous exercise,” he said.

Buddy of mine manages a theater in the area. He was still having to go in and do tasks a few hours a day for most of this lockdown. Only had like a week and half away.
