I’m under the impression that you size down one full size with CP sneakers. I’ve never owned the BBalls though so I can’t really give fully accurate advice. echau can possibly answer that for you.

I'm a true 10/43 and I take the Achilles and current Bball in 42. The older Bballs fit even larger I believe.
