Hinge Takeover >>> Tinder, Bumble Pof

He walked right into that one but the chicks aren't playing him he's playing himself.

Talking to a new/different chick won't change the end result.

Oh definitely not a excuse. It's not that serious for me.

I'm OK with Tinder and what I can(or cannot) get out of it.

Executives have been caught lying about degrees they didn't have. If someone is committed enough anything short of a background check won't help much. Chick below changed her last name so even that might not work

Depending on who you ask she embellished too.

I know people lie/embellish on LinkedIn and in real life but what you provided are extreme examples, man  usabasketball08 usabasketball08 summed it up nicely earlier:
What does this have to do with making demands? Women are going to look you up regardless. All they really need is your name. It’s not like dudes are giving out all their info to a woman that demands it so they can run a background check. It’s a 5 second Google search…

And yeah, some people are embellishing things but not in the way you think. Most folks get called out for that. A person with 500 connections can’t claim to be a VP in M&A at Goldman Sachs if they’re actually a VP in Back Office Operations. Your average chick isn’t gonna know the difference anyway.

Regardless, I think we can both agree that the moral of this story is don't lie about your job/credentials/history and you'll be fine. It's really not worth it IMO.

People lie all the damn time. I think i posted in here, chick said she works in finance. Come to find out she works at cash money/money mart or whatever the hell it was.

Oh yeah, I forgot it was you that originally posted it, but I brought that specific example up earlier. At the end of the day folks can lie if they want but one, that's no way to start off any relationship (romantic, platonic or professional) and two, they just shouldn't be upset when they are lied to or deceived.

Ain’t no one ever want to be BackOps lmaooooo - used to tell those bums to their face

Yeah but a VP in operations can still tell women he’s a “Vice President” at Goldman . Actually saw this happen at Mr. Purple in the city.

I realized early on these chicks don’t know the difference. They just hear Bank of America or Wells Fargo and think it’s more impressive than Apollo or TPG

He can say whatever the hell he wants - same thing with people who work at Amazon corporate vs delivering packages 😂😂😂😂

Unless they are in the same or an adjacent industry they aren't going to really know the details of whatever you tell them. Even IF they care about any of that stuff it's usually company, title then education. I remember meeting chicks in NYC and getting dressed down with a laundry list of background questions. Felt like I was getting screened for a job interview or something

Bruh NYC women are really bad about that but DC chicks are the worst. Those DC chicks are really doing first and second round interviews. The professional chicks at least.

Not proud of it but when I first graduated college I definitely lied about my age for a few months to say I was older. I didn't at first but being told "Awww you're a baby!" by yambs in their mid-20s was weighing on me |l

I had something like this with a chick from bmore when i was 19. I never mentioned my age, she just assumed i was older(she was 24). I never said anything til one day we were outside the liquor store. She was telling me what to grab, i was about to go inside not thinking anything of it cuz drinking age where im from is 19 but then i remembered in the US its 21. I was like oh wait naw you gotta buy it
