Anyone else prefer to workout at home? I already have a bench and some other gear at home so i rather not subscribe to a gym. Plus it's so much more convenient working out at home. I need recommendations for a treadmill. Thanks for looking.

This ain't treadmill talk brah.

I work-out at home as well (pause)

You don't need a treadmill, just run outside

It's cool.  I used to have a bench and tread mill, but really prefer the eye candy that comes with going to the gym.  to each his own though, at least there's no wait time or anything

I'm different I don't like doing certain things at home. I want to relax and chill when I'm home.

I go to the library when I need to study and definitely go to the gym when I want to work out and swim. But I always go for runs around the neighborhood.

I have to go to the gym to work out; there are way too many things to do at the house besides work out.

I would like to see NTers' home gyms. The Official Post Your Home Gym Thread? Vol:
I can only afford free weights right now. I do have a school gym membership for my school but my classmate lifts less than me so it's an inconvenience.
I workout at home. No noise, less distractions, and no waiting.
Also OP I can not think of a bigger waste of money than buying a treadmill.

Any thoughts on any of the basic BowFlex models anyone?

Looking at buying a starter home-gym.

I like the privacy that comes with working out at home but my @#% is way too small so 24hrs it is. Still use my bowflex dumbbells and pull up bar from time to time
