Gotti was a bad movie. Very bad stereotype wise but as far as names and events those are all based on real ppl and some real events.

So if it seems over the top and copying some movie that's also based on real events and ppl that's just literally how things were.

I'm sure the inevitable Gotti tv series will be much better.
