How can you remove creases off Jordan 11's?

My brother bought these off his friend who knows someone who sold Jordan's. It was shipped in those plastic shipping bags and this was the result when I got them back. I understand the box but not the result of my Jordan's. Does anyone know how to remove creases off the back side of 11's? ( They said they were DS but it looks like someone straight up jammed their foot in it before shipping it out.)
