How fast could you run 7 miles?

If I never fatigued, around 1 hour 15 minutes. However, I know I'll be winded around the 3-4 mile mark so idk how long it'd take.

Around 1 hour and 20 min, that's including slowing down to almost walking speed and then picking back up.

Its for soccer, to be considered for captain you have to be able to run 7 miles in less than 70 minutes

That must be a pretty terrible soccer team.  10 minute mile pace to be captain?

that is pretty awful for a soccer team. I would think it'd be something closer to 50 mins or so. The people I know who played soccer were hitting up 5:45-6 minute miles.

I'd like to try just so I can post a real answer.

I'd say 1hr and 20 mins though for me to be on the safe side, but I'm sure I could do it in less time.

i couldn't run 7 miles in the shape i'm in right now, it'd probably take me a whole day

I HATE running on treadmills. No matter what the weather is (other than a flood), I still prefer to get my run outside than attempt to run anything past a mile on a treadmill.
