How fast could you run 7 miles?

If I never fatigued, around 1 hour 15 minutes. However, I know I'll be winded around the 3-4 mile mark so idk how long it'd take.

Around 1 hour and 20 min, that's including slowing down to almost walking speed and then picking back up.

I ran 8 miles a few days ago, took me about 120 minutes. So probably about 110 minutes.

Its for soccer, to be considered for captain you have to be able to run 7 miles in less than 70 minutes

Depending, if I have some five hour energy. It would take me about an Hour and 10 minutes the most.

that is pretty awful for a soccer team. I would think it'd be something closer to 50 mins or so. The people I know who played soccer were hitting up 5:45-6 minute miles.

 I HATE running on treadmills. No matter what the weather is (other than a flood), I still prefer to get my run outside than attempt to run anything past a mile on a treadmill.
