How long should I preheat my microwave to cook a steak well done?

No Realtalk, wrap it in glaad wrap and then put it in one of those microwave steamers with cognac at the bottom of the bowl. Microwave for 7 minutes, peel off the glad wrap and rub the cognac on the steak. Thank yourself after.
