I have been hacked or had someone mess with me from my last job, and now I keep getting unpaid strike things on items I did not even bid on or win, so what do I do???

Do I change My address on ebay?? does that help?? A new IP?? How do I get a bew IP???

ive purchased some things and forgot to pay so my account got banned.
next time u sign up use different info including address, new cc number, etc
open a new paypal with the new cc, however use you REAL info with the paypal account since that determines the shipping address and more
so far worked for me no problems
