I believe he was a Bull for at least part of last year...

and like it or not, Lebron is MVP this year (for every reason - he's the media darling, but he's also the best player in the NBA and he deserves to win it again).  there is no second place, so there's no sense in arguing who is second best.  mvp awards don't mean much anyway.  team accomplishments > individual awards.
