I need help making a Nintendo Mii Costume

My friends and I are having a costume party this weekend coming up and I have not started on my costume yet nor did I know what I wanted to come as.  I stumbled across a few mii costumes that looks pretty cool.  I need help on knowing what materials do they use for the face.  I know they used paper mache for the head but I need to know what type of materials they used for the eyes, nose etc.

I know they're seeing through the mouths but I need to know what material they use to be able to see through

I can't embed but this is by far the best to me because she is able to see through the eyes
