Yo my brother first and foremost "Never Inform" on anyone you have a few options in this matter
1.move out sometimes its time to fly the coop if **** is annoying and you cant deal then bounce no sense in prolonging the process
2.beat the dude up and put him out but he might "inform" on you and your mom might hate you
3.sit both your mom and her husband down and keep it trill with them explain your issues let them know what you think can be done to resolve the issue and see where it goes
