Insubordination at Work?

My boss along with the 2 supervisors that work under her have an idea that me and my co workers should sit in my supervisors office while doing our work. We would each switch on a daily basis so i would basically sit in my supervisors office all day. I feel uncomfortable doing that because I cant work like that where somebody has an eye on me all day. I feel tentative while doing my work and can't concentrate so I dont want to do that and refuse to sit in my supervisors office when I have a desk of my own and not only that but its not like im being trained so i see no benefit from this. Will I get in trouble for telling my supervisor that I feel uncomfortable doing that and would rather do my work at my desk? Have any of you been in a situation like this before? I am used to the micro managing and can handle it but this is on a whole new level.
