Is Kanye a top 10 rapper of all-time?

Lately, I have been re-assessing who I put in my top 10 MC's of all time and recently on the lower end of that 10 I have been struggling and going back and forth on whether Kanye is in there.

Has Kanye's College Dropout, Late Registration, Graduation, 808's and Heartbreak, MBDTF, Watch The Throne, Yeezus been enough for your top 10?
 
Haha well I'm embarrassed, I meant as a rapper.... haha maybe I'm crazy

for me... this is how I recently shaped it out.

5. Biggie
4. Jay-z

he is one of the great producers but not top 10 rappers, maybe from a certain time frame but theres way to many rappers before his time that are
better.
 
Like others said musically yes... Rapping ability absolutely not....he says rhymes only he can say...that if any other rapper spit they'd sound ridiculous....And let's not forget the way he butchers words in the English language to make them fit in the line
 
He ain't even the best rapper from the Chi though

I think his pinnacle lyrically was WTT/MBDTF
 
It's going to be different for everyone. People have different opinions on what a rapper really is. For me, a rapper is different than a lyricist, so he's up there.
