don't they have physical evidence that he was at least involved in the robbery (and was at the scene)?  if that's true then he's a co-conspirator, and the fact that it ended up in a murder would make him criminally liable for that too...

max was definitely not at the scene of the murder/robbery. he wasn't even a suspect until he was implicated by his "girlfriend" who was actually there when the %%*! went down.

as far as i know, the only evidence apart from her testimony is that max's brother (who did the shooting) called max's phone over a dozen times after the robbery.

I don't think he completely done for. He got VS dropping, plus dame grease and big mike got a lot of unreleased joints. He put alota work in before he went to jail.

From everything I've read about the case it seems like he has legitimate grounds for an appeal. If the ONLY person who can link you in anyway to the crime is a cracked-out !*+@! who went back on her statement at least once I'd say a decent lawyer should be able to get Max out and back to riding the wave
