Is wearing makeup cheating?

I don't +@*+ with fakeness. If she isn't naturally good looking or comfortable with her looks, then I ain't $%!@$#! with her. And yes, it's cheating.

We understand. Don't trick us in the process of tricking yourself.

I'm fine with makeup as long as it isn't overkill.. butt pads and all that are

Enhance? You got chicks out there with purple eyes, pink hair and tangerine shaped *******... Ain't nothing about that natural. That's an extreme example, but let's be real, a weave, contacts, acrylic nails (I love the excuses for those btw), and all that are deceptive. Eyeliner alone can make a chick look way different. Add that to all the other stuff some chicks do and they're damn near walking, talking lies.
...it's not about being fake.
If it you weren't born with it naturally and can't eat or work out to improve it, had to go to a store or surgeon to get it, then it's not real.

Let's flip the coin, imagine you see a dude that you find attractive. He has a sculpted physique and appears to be packing what you like (excuse the ayo fam), then when you decide to lay it down with him, he starts undressing and removes a pair of stuffed boxers and a padded chest/ab combo

would you not feel disgusted and misled? How is that padding above any different than what a lot of women do with bras and butt pads? Is it acceptable in your opinion if men fake their looks?

I see no problem with working out, eating right, washing your face and letting it breathe (sans makeup). Those kind of changes I'm cool with. But if you don't like yourself, all the makeup, implants and accessories in the world aren't going to change that. They just change the way other people see you. On the inside the chicks with the most work are the ugliest most unhappy people.

I will wear minimal make up (usually just eye liner, mascara, concealer for eye bags, lip gloss and a bit of blush on cheeks), but I also sometimes go out and wear none at all, but usually I will put on concealer for under the eye if I am wearing nothing else on my face. But, for an event or occasions, I will add on eyeshadow. I think I look better with it than without it, as do most girls. That is what make-up is used for, to enhance your beauty.

Like I previously mentioned, men saying that they prefer minimal make-up or no make up at all, most of them are lying to themselves. Most of the time, it is the girl who is dressed to the nine, with all that extra added on stuff and fake body parts that gets checked out the most rather than the girl with no to minimal makeup.

I do not know how some girls have all the time for maintening their looks and the money (tanning sessions, waxing everything off, fake nails, extensions, buying fake contacts, etc.), but more power to them in what makes them feel more beautiful.

I never even dyed my hair and will never get fake nails...ever!

I am so homely and get annoyed if I have to even put on more make up than usual for an event.

I agree 100% with all you said,It's deceiving when you think a girl looks good but then later find out that it was all fake
smh.gif
It's like a mirage. Like you said, most of the time girls with eh most work are the most unhappy. There's nothing wrong with your natural beauty. No need for all the extra stuff.

I think if a girl wears make-up to the point that when she takes it off and she looks totally different..thats cheating
But if a girl wears make-up and when she takes it off she kind of looks the same...thats not.

laugh.gif
It's not that deep. If I have short hair and want long hair the next day, then I'll just get long extentions. I don't see how that effects your life. And actually I don't like big muscles on a guy it's a turn off.
laugh.gif
But anyways this is why you have to get to know a person instead of making your own assumption based on looks.

a little bit of make up is straight but that OD stuff like i see at my school where chicks look like a whole new
person during the day then they do at parties at night is unacceptable

I like how you ignored everything else and focused on the one thing that you don't like. Not slick. The question I'd like an answer to, is do you think it's attractive or ok for men to "enhance" their looks? (I know it's not that deep, I'm just curious.)

Examples: (again excuse the ayo pics)

How are the above images any different than women faking their looks? It's deceptive and in my opinion, shows shallowness.

BTW, it doesn't affect my life at all. I stay away from those kind of women.

I don't see anything wrong with a man or women enhancing their looks. But I do have to say butt pads are just plain dumb.

LOL @ using the, "How does it affect your life" defense mechanism.

I prefer little to no makeup. I like a woman that is confident enough in herself that she doesn't have to resort to constant usage and over-usage of makeup. It does say a lot about a woman's confidence level if she hardly wears makeup. That is not saying she is any better than anyone else, but that is something I can respect and admire especially in a world where women are always told how to look a certain way.

@ HazleNut, I personally do prefer women with little to no makeup. Not just saying it either.

I hate weaves and fake nails

A man who can't see past the fake woman isn't worth your time.

Those are not the men who are in this thread. Nobody is lying to themselves.

But ok...if a girl has more of a chance to appeal to men when her beauty is enhanced, then why would she not wear make up?

This thread got me comparing pics of make up vs. nonmakeup of myself, and I am sure most men will prefer me with it than without it.
laugh.gif

Can some of you post pics where you think a girl looks better without make up than with it on?Or she looks better without it?Whether a celebrity or girl you know of or personally.

Why is it dumb when the whole intent is to increase sex appeal and it works? Why is it dumb? Why is that dumb, but everything else listed you wrote off as "enhancers."

Are fake nails dumb
Are fake eye colored contacts dumb
Are padded bras dumb

Be consistent

Oh I mentioned before that I understand the logic of makeup. I know why women do it. Also remember (dudes) that make-up is also used as an accessory depending on what a woman has on. Not always used as a beauty-increaser per-say. You are right, the more made up woman will usually get more attention from men (in general). I ain't men in general though. My taste differs from the normal dude. A lot of makeup is actually a turnoff to me. And before you say, "You probably can't tell" yes I can tell when it is there.

I wouldn't think many celebrity women would look better without makeup considering the wear and tear that comes from constant usage of makeup. So that might be a hard things to find online providing pics. THe every day around the way girl would be a better example since she isn't forced to wear heavy amounts of makeup day after day.

Any girl that I talk to on THAT level, I try to get them to decrease the amount of makeup they put on while in my presence. I usually make them feel good about their natural selves and they usually buy into the program. Haven't really had any of them fight it either, kinda easy if anything.

Whoa hold up I also think fake nails are dumb, colored contacts are dumb. Padded bras are great for girls with B cups and smaller, they make clothes fit better and just look better. IMO if you're a women you should have some breast, I don't understand how girls can walk around completely flat chested, at least get some small implants, like a B cup.

anybody with decent observation skills should be able to see these things.

if you believe or fall for the facade that's on you.

reminds me of that thread with those dudes trying to bag that ****** in NY
