January Wrestling Thread/Tonight NXT 8PM EST/RIP Mean Gene Okerlaud

Change somethings up for my back days to break my plateau. I did DL elevated for a few weeks,I also have been doing way more pull-ups and Snatch grip pendley rows.
Rows are my favorite back workout.

I usually do whole body workouts on my last day to break my plateau too. I’ve been doin legs twice a week now and my legs don’t get sore like before.

Body fat at 6% right now. My alcohol tolerance is trash now though.

Intermittent Fasting? I’ve been trying to stay on it, but it’s hard to stay consistent. I’ll be in Chicago on Saturday, so I know I won’t be fasting at all :lol: :smh:.

Currently chilling (8)) in Vegas. Had some leftover White Castle for breakfast just now :lol:
