To the public, the trend died when they stopped seeing celebrities and music artists wearing them. Like some have mentioned, the one's who are true to the hobby never stopped collecting them or wearing them. I still wear mine from time to time.

Jersey + Fitted/Snapback combo is hot in them streets.
It's easy to match them and when done correctly it doesn't look to terrible or too hypebeast-y either.
Jersey's not my style but I won't knock those who do it.

you might already know this...
but the under-brim of fitted hats was either green or (before that even) dark brown for many many years
before grey

i don't remember seeing grey under rims until the late 90's maybe

so dark brown or green is more og so to speak
(if that's one of the reasons some like the grey other that just the color)

Take that jersey to da cleaners as a template so da person doing
Da work can measure da ones you wanna chop down to size exact
To da optimized measurements.. ive already had 30+ jerseys done...im down
To my last 15 which i left for last cuz they're trickier to do due to da stripes on da sides.

Can any tailor do this? You stay in the Heights or you go to another tailor in the city cause I want to do this cause I have a couple huge jerseys that I need trimmed
