Jordan 1 Royal 2013 LC and question

Hello, I am new to this forum. I am finally pulling the trigger and trying to buy the Royal 1s. My first question: is $800 a good pricing for DS Royal 1 2013?

Second, If I can please get a LC on these. Everything looks good to me, except the Nike Air on the tongue... I've been looking at so many of these, it might be my mind playing tricks on me at this point.

The only thing I thought threw this off was that nike air sign on the tongue wasn't lined up to the bottom of the label like the Chicago 1s and Shattered backboard. If that makes any sense.
