jordan 13 squeaking?

my flint 13s from 2010 developed this awful squeaking noise
ive heard baby powder helps but where would i put the baby powder?

could them being slightly too big be the problem?

take out the inner sole and put baby powder inside spread it around and put the inner sole back in...

It sounds as if it is the bottoms of the sneaker. Would lotion work??

I always heard about the baby powder trick but it was mainly on 11's never heard it happening on 13's

1. remove the insole gently without ripping it apart
2. put powder on inside the shoe and use your fingers to spread the powder.

3. put the insole back

4. walk in them and after few minutes it should be fine.

Baby powder in the insoles and a little above the tongues edges will stop it.
