Jordan 4 back labels

Hi guys,
First posr on the forum...
As I'm french I will try to do my best to speak english and make me understand ^^
I recently had a problem with my Air Jordan 4 fire red : the back labels with the Jordan logo broke !!!
Does anyone of you know where I can find this piece of sneakers ?
