Yes the holes light up, what does 3m mean ?

The material under the holes that create the flash is called 3m. Same material that's on a few Jordan 5 on the tongue. I'm sure there is a better definition but.

Oh yea i seen the light up tongue before, just didn't know what it was called

Definitely legit. The tag you see inside the shoes means is from overseas.
