The mountains on the side of the shoe are pointed.
On the part of the she where the toe box meets with part of the tongue, is supposed to be oval shaped and not a circle shape.
The last 3 lace holes are not supposed to be in a straight line.

Not really good with 7s but I don't see anything particularly wrong with them.  Stitching and tongues both look good.
