EB giving me the run around. Next guy said all sizes are still available, but can't order thru phone, but to talk to the live chat to place order. Live chat can't help, saying they don't place orders thru the chat.

When does EB change shifts?

I think that is true about the live chat.  I live-chatted for my pair, because I was in a meeting at work (whoops).  Then she told me on the live chat that she could only complete the order over the phone, so I had to step into the hallway to complete
