These are supposed to be "Bulls over Broadway" Jordan 10 released in Februrary 15, 2015. The pair you have appear to be fake.

Edit: my bad what he said, so those HOH anniversary looks almost identical to the BOB Jordan X.

They were sold via FootLocker app raffle. And there's only 230 pairs so yea, they're long gone. A guy I follow on IG got confirmation of his raffle win and sold them for $1300 immediately.
