I cut the straps on my Chi and Shadow pair so much more comfotable.

Along with all of the 2005 retro Xs, I wouldn't cut the straps on the Steel X because the straps are grey.

i bet it does work but most of my shoes that i love dearly are also investments to me and later down the road i might want to/ have to sell some or all of them so unless they become beaters i wouldnt be able to do it but these powder blues do look mad clean

These happen to be an OG colorway, so hype might build within a couple of weeks. Hopefully not though.
