Copped the obsidians for a steal price last year($100).

On the hunt for stealths, I had completely forgot they were “remastered”.

Only thing missing for these is the 3m.

We had this conversation a few years ago on this thread. I had these in 2000 and would have never noticed it honestly. I took a flash pic of the retro and it does not show like this pair does. If this is 3m, its the most subtle use of it I have ever seen used on a shoe. Would have looked cool on the stealth imo.

Ogs are always better. I was told there no forefoot zoom in the retros. I can't believe these are still wearable. They're my oldest shoes at this point.

A restoration shop in Houston was having a 50% off sale for shoe restorations, so I dropped off my Obsidians there today. If this turns out successful, I'll get the remaining kicks I have restored through them as well.

Said it'll be a 2-3 week turnaround.

Do I automatically "catch feels" for disagreeing? I would def change the tongue though. That was not needed. The woven pattern should have went up to the ankle to be tied up like normal shoes. With a simple tongue at the top. That happens, totally different outlook of this shoe.
