So yea... I had to do it. Woke up to my moms screaming in the garage. Grabbed my piece and went to investigate. Found the bastard hiding under thetreadmill. Once I spotted him, he knew and I knew what was coming next. Unloaded about 3-4 rounds. Got him in the middle of his back and I think itparalyzed him from the middle on up. Then I dragged his body out and put him out of his misery, execution style.

My house is by a wooded area with a Pond and Gators are everywhere. They had to fence it off recently because of the Gator sightings.
Ive gone outside late at night and seen Deer run past my Patio too @%@@ is crazy

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A 5-foot alligator took a dip in an Orange County family's pool Friday evening. A neighbor noticed the gator crawling under a fence and into the backyard of a home on Bay Hill Boulevard shortly after 5 p.m, and called police. "Nobody's home so we didn't want them to come home and have a surprise tonight and go for a swim and there's a gator," Keri Noonan said. Dozens of onlookers gathered outside the house to watch the gator swimming around the pool, while deputies and trappers worked to capture it. Homeowner Patrick McDonald rushed home when he heard the news. He had seen the unwelcome visitor before at the Bay Hill Golf Course. "He had been down at the pond on the eighteenth hole, but I think when Tiger [Woods] won, the yell scared him off, so he went over to thirteen," McDonald said. Animal trappers got him out nearly an hour after golf carts full of neighborhood children showed up to see the gator swim laps. After he was taped, tied and secured, trappers let the children pet the gator. Even deputies took a few photos with the reptile. McDonald said he's happy that no one was hurt in the process. The trappers will most likely destroy the reptile.

You know what, Im not even sure, but Im sureif u felt like ur in danger of course u can let off on him, I dont know if there's a penalty/fine for killing aGator in Florida.
