They let you apply the coupon code? Man, I chatted and I called and spoke to 2 reps and they said I wasn't able to add my promo code. You won today for sure.

Im in the same boat man. I've tried several reps and one says they don't apply codes to launch items, the other reps say no codes on SNKRS app purchases, and other reps just tell me to go away (jk).

I've even provided proof of past purchases on SNKRS app and launch items using promo codes and they still won't budge. They want me to provide order numbers or emails from people's orders from today so they can see the notes on how it was applied. I dont see that happening lol.
