There is a system in place that wants you to fail, it is a system that is built to sustain and support white supremacy. The way it works, is not supposed to work for people who are not white and male. You cannot pursue relationships as someone Black, then expecting the same result that white people expect.

If you enter into interpersonal relationships emulating that of white people? Then you are doomed to fail.

The courts are not in your favor, and you must choose carefully, think differently, if you are choosing a mate.

Racism, misogyny, has done a number on all of us psychologically, and many of us are still in pain, seeking a savior. We need healing in the worst way, and we are not going to get it in a system that was created to keep us damaged.

Interesting...

I most definitely prefer hearing Black women tell their own stories, then interpreting their own lessons, without male judgement and influence. It is refreshing. It is just like listening to Black people speak about ourselves, without the influence and judgement of people who are not Black.

I do not care as to how people who are not Black feel about our plight, as I am certain that they do not care as to how we feel about theirs. This is exactly how Black women should feel about their own plight in this world.

The women themselves defined the "High Value Man", not Samuels.

They call in saying they want this and want that...

6 figures
Over 6 feet tall
Young
Business owner / CEO
In Shape
Nice Car
Nice House
Etc. Etc.

Basically all the things our mothers and grandmothers BUILT with our fathers and grandfathers...they want to walk into it, with three kids, baby daddies, and a gut.

Our fathers, grandfathers aren't good enough and they are too good to build with an average man like those women that came before them.

Show up and the end of the race talking about - WE WON BABY!

I aint even mad though.

Cant knock the huslte...

80% to 90% of divorces are initiated by Women too? Alimony, Child support, visitations, etc etc.

They even have cases where a single man dated a woman with a child and all of a sudden got hit with child support.

Ever hear of "Paternity by Estoppel"?

The game is the game.

You preaching now

When you are sick, do you go to a doctors office and tell the doctor he doesn't know what's wrong with you because he's not sick? No you accept that he's an expert on the subject you need healed and take the medicine prescribed even if it taste bitter. Black women need to take "should" out of their argument vocabulary. What should be doesn't trump what the truth is. If a white man tells black people that divorce and single parenthood are killing the black community and they should find a solution so that they can enjoy success the way white communities do... Don't write him off when he's backing his statements with facts and statistics so you can wait for a black person to say it. End the suffering ASAP.

My initial post in the thread listed three takeaways from KS content. And it said if women didn't find excuses for them he wouldnt have any more content. Your response to that was "but it should apply for men too.!"

No one said men aren't held accountable. They are. Just ask all the men who can't get laid at all. Let alone find a wife. Then even when he does find a wife, gets zero sympathy when that relationship goes sour. "well he didn't provide for her needs or he was controlling. she's not his property just because he pays the bills" that's what men have to hear.
The expectation is on men to provide, but any expectation placed on women is simply unfair patriarchy. This disconnect has to be repaired for functioning relationships to happen.

When you go to the doctor and you don't like his solution, there is always a second opinion. While speaking of the so called medical community, there is a reason that Black women have a higher mortality rate than that of their white counterparts during childbirth, and that is because Black women are not cared for in the same fashion, not given the same amount of attention, because they are thought of as being stronger due to being able to take pain.

That is a serious metaphor right there.

NOBODY white can come into the Black community, then telling us what OUR problem is, and that is because THEY, white people, are indeed THE problem. As evidenced in the storming of the capitol, they are also their OWN biggest problem. So they are in no position to tell anyone, how they should handle their affairs, not at any time, nor any place. White supremacy breeds mediocrity and therefore, their standards are nothing to aim for.

That said, advice coming from those of privilege, especially coming from the oppressor, is incredibly disingenuous. Those that oppress, do not want you to be successful. Your success, means that they will LOSE their privilege.

Samuels, represents the oppressor, speaking as an authority from a position of privilege, therefore he is NOT qualified to speak to the pain of a woman, those who have fought hard, diligently, in order to preserve the Black community, even without the complete support of Black men, that benefit from their efforts.

Of course people think you can take the pain! You refuse the medication! The entire black community is refusing covid vaccines but will be upset at the statistics that show them dying at a higher rate. The metaphor wasn't the point though.

A 2nd 3rd, or 54th opinion isn't going to change what the truth is. KS isn't trying to tell women about women's struggle. He's trying to give you information about men and how to obtain what you claim to want from men so you can stop struggling.

It's funny to me that you are oblivious to the irony of saying white supremacy is its own biggest problem and breeds mediocrity. But can assign it responsibility for the failures in the black community. I assure you white supremacy is working within its defined role as intended. Which is why mediocre or not, black communities aren't achieving equal outcomes.

Similarly, men are functioning within their roles as intended. Feminist are women's OWN biggest oppressors and yet you blame men for the struggles women face. Which is why mediocre or not women are not successfully navigating relationships with men of value.

I'd like to see the source of that stat.

I know this for a fact because I assisted, the Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem was giving them out to the Black community in Harlem, and Black people, seniors and health care professionals, were accepting.

What Black women need is empowerment from, and among their own, and they need to take it. It need not come from a Samuels, because it will not, then should not resonate from the likes of him. He, is speaking from a place of privilege, and he'll never know a woman's pain. How she is disrespected, and how it feels to be the last on the totem pole in this world.

Black women have started every women's right movement in this country, only to have them taken from them by white women and others, and this includes the #metoo movement.

Just like Black women, it behooves us to pay attention as to how we lose momentum in our own initiatives, especially when we expect other groups to help us with our cause, without their taking over, then forgetting about US.

Samuels is entertainment, albeit low brow. He should not be motivation for anyone.

We are not dying at a higher rate, you do know that globally, black people ARE NOT the minority? White people are the global minority... stop seeing stuff from the perspective of America
