Kevin Samuels Thread

I just happen to be perusing two other forums. One has an anti Samuels thread. Another has multiple threads daily about him.

It’s interesting to see a polarizing figure. One in which he actually has a message.

But then his sexual orientation, background are being attacked to undermine his authenticity in delivering the message.

Unrelated, Darlene talking all over Corey hasn’t been missed. That 1 minute clip above is a reminder of why his show fell off.

I don’t know if KS a gay or not. having feminine mannerisms doesn’t always mean gay. And honestly I’m not sure it even matters in the end. What I can say is that if you’ve watched his videos outside of his show he seems to be clearly overcompensating for something with deliberate outward shows of what he thinks masculinity is. Like in the middle of the show when he randomly puts a clip of a girl dancing. Like who is that for? I don’t know if there was a clip posted here or not he was streaming at what looked like a bar with a few 20 something year old women and dude looked like a fish out of water. He asks women all the time if they’re in therapy, but it comes odd like he needs it as well. And if his messaging is motivated by his own trauma than I’d be a little weary.

as for his message it seems that more and more it’s directed towards 2 people. Woman who’s only objective in being in a relationship is financial security, and men that are on the “back then they didn’t want me now I’m hot they all on me” steez. Essentially the red pill and pick up artist communities.

i do think he highlights points about people’s expectations and what the dating market is like though.

Corey is no better - his stand-up is based on bashing women with no value point.

Exactly. Men and Women who ALWAYS are bashing the opposite sex have a clear history of trauma, heartbreak, hurt, pain, abuse. etc. because if you’re constantly dating the “wrong” people. You’re clearly the wrong person as well.

People need self evaluation. Because if you’re a certain age and have an extensive dating history and continue to bash your partners and the opposite sex, you’re also the issue. Has to be. There’s no way you can continuously date the same caliber people and never be at fault

Great video.

I might have missed the context of posting it in the thread?

Dr Umar Johnson? Hebrew Israelites? Or is KS galvanizing a following of suit and man purse wearing men selling beam pies?
Lol, there are some incredibly fragile dudes here that subscribe to a willingness that will lead them into a cult, if they do not belong to one already. Christianity is a cult, and the mindset that is exemplified toward women through that belief system is an example how normalized such male fragility actually is.

I don't watch stuff like that outside of trying to understand why ppl are into it. Corey introduces himself as a Pisces?

I heard someone mention his son was charged with a sexual assault?

Christianity can be. NOI can be. I wouldn’t talk in absolute. That’s why you have to know yourself. Like the video said...first step is to recognize is to recognize you have a problem. I lost a loved one to a cult. The sickness is real.

The NOI was indeed a cult, still is. Anyplace where independent thought and exploration is shunned, is a crime against evolution. With Christianity, they hit you with the first psyche out, that we were all born sinners. That’s the first lie. If you subscribe to that way of thought? They’ve got you on the guilt trip steeze. There should be no problem with women having their own Goddesses, their own examples of authority, but the churches shun such thoughts, placing them beneath the will of mankind. This is the problem with the conversation that men like Samuels are having, as they want to keep women under their thumbs. What a bunch of punks they are. Cowards. Only some fragile clown would need to control someone like that.

Propaganda, or is it a fact?

I lean toward it being a fact, especially in the land of white male privilege. I need not say how Black women were forced to feed that slave master's children with her own breast milk, before she fed her own. I need not remind anyone with any sense as to how Black women have been put on display for humiliation and examination like the Hottentot, while also used in order to save others scientifically, like Ms. Lacks, and how Black women were disappearing in large numbers, while white women were being projected on major news stations as being the only ones missing or kidnapped. Nope, I'm not having it. Black women have been subjected to something horrible, and nobody seemed to give a damn.

BRUH!!!!

Where were the Black Men when this was happening? Drinking lemonade in the shade?

This is the part that makes my head explode.

When White Slave Owners said "N-word - come here" - your POV would mean that only the enslaved Black women had to answer to the White Slave owners authority and that enslaved Black men had the option to "opt out" of Slavery on the technicality that they were born with a penis.

Nah fam - we ALL were enslaved...together.

What value is there in separating us from each other?

Why focus exclusively on women?

Especially when there are actual facts that disprove the propagandist narrative that "Black Woman are the most hated people on Earth"?

The Black Man is not the Black Woman's enemy.

Never was and never will be.

We are all oppressed by white supremacy, but we are not all oppressed by sexism, misogyny and heteronormativity manifested as homophobia and transphobia. It's not in-fighting if you don't fight. There's no separation if you acknowledge the things other black people have to go through that you don't. It just comes across as pandering, *** kissing, unnecessary caping and trying to gain favor with white men.

Is this a call for the support of intersectionality?

Did you watch the video I posted with the actual numbers on this?

"There's no separation if you acknowledge the things other black people have to go through that you don't".

There's a difference between acknowledgments and accountability Fam.

Don't try to lay the White Mans atrocities at the feet of the Black Man with this "Black Woman are the Most Unprotected, Disrespected, Endangered" BS.

Especially when the actual numbers show Black Woman are doing CONSIDERABLY better than Black men in this White mans world.

You seem to have your history a bit confused my man. NO women had any rights in early american history, none. Black men could indeed buy ourselves out of slavery, then owning property, then being able to vote due to that fact, but NO women could own property, nor could they vote. This is both with white and Black women, but only Black women were still considered slaves.

We were not held under the same system of oppression until, as you do know, they placed the africans as being slaves for life.

Even then, the women were considered of less value than men physically, unless considered fertile and then productive in the fields, or working in the big house.

They were raped, as men were as well, but lent out to other properties in order to breed, and then feed the children that were not of their own. They were used like they were toilets.

Yes, Black people lived under terrorism, and we still do. But NOBODY was more vulnerable than Black women.

Cory Holcomb is definitely not his Brothers Keeper.

I'll take a "gay" Kevin Samuels over a "straight" Cory Holcomb any day of the week...

The way Cory did Zo was terrible.

A man (gay or straight) don't put another man's business in the street.

I am speaking historical fact, not opinion, not numbers my man.

At no time in early american history were women allowed to own property. Due to that fact, they were not allowed to vote. Only men were allowed to own property, of which included slaves, of which allowed them to vote. Due to this fact, women were also dealing with misogyny that was being handed down by the other rule of law, of which was the church. This was the case in europe as well.

Black women were at the bottom of the barrel.

So how do ANY numbers dispute this, when this was indeed law?

Bacons Rebellion then turned things around. This is when Black people, both men and women, were made slaves for life. So let's be clear here, there are NO numbers that can dispute historical fact. Regardless of time, Black women were not allowed to legally own anything until slavery was over.

Is the argument on history and the feminism movement or on the state of the Black man today? And supporting intersectionality when mass incarceration, police brutality, etc has made “high value men” a minority in the minority?

In a way, on a macro scale I view white men as Darth Vader and white women as Sidious. Yeah Vader is the face of the Galatic Empire, but Palpatine is pulling the strings. Even in recent history, when something is co-opted & or appropriated you can almost always trace it back to white women. They might've not "owned" the stuff, but I think most their husbands got them what they wanted to own.

Yup. This is my perception of them based on my personal experiences.

Bingo, Holcomb is a comedian/gossip columnist. Any dude who gossips or carries on all day about other people has always seemed problematic and suspect IMO. That’s the irony about it. Whether Samuels is gay or not, people pick and choose. And their basically contemporaries anyway :lol :lol :lol

I’m sure holcomb done been around plenty dudes like KS but he ain’t check them though

Corey one of the best comedians out but dude got problems. That's the case with most comedians. He honest about it too. Wife left him, kids don't really mess with like that. He's a loner and uses 5150 to laugh and vent. Dude be airing out his sister that's back in chicago, how she be scamming his other family members. Ain't **** off limits with dude.
