**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

Luke made some bad decisions late. It's ok to admit

No, he didn't.

Spo didn't call timeout either, his team got a bucket.

Luke gave that a try, saw Kuz strugglin, called it. Smart both ways.

You all wanna blame the coach for every second, but if we win by a game say jack **** for the coach. :lol

Come on...

Luke made a mistake putting IT. Period.

Luke is a good coach. But that was a mistake.

It's a 1 point game, he put his best free throw shooter in, as a 2nd option over a slower footed 7 footer who can't create.

I get it, y'all blame him for everything.

I guess Spo won the game tonight.

Didn’t deserve the win
Looked tired sluggish uninterested from jump

Dragic and Olickthis killed us

Luke just said that the call was designed for Zo to get the ball to Randle down low, “but it wasn’t available.”

I didn't say spo won anything.

I didn't say luke lost anything.

I said Luke made a mistake.

Don't put words in my mouth.

Listen I get the play was for Randle, but why still put IT in the game!?!? Let one of the other kids we got on the team take the shot. They miss it okay its a great learning experience. IT trying to revive his career with the Lakers ain’t helping this youth movement at all. Wouldn’t be as pissed if Lonzo or Kuz attempted the shot.

Fair enough.

He didn't make a mistake tho. Final shots need 5 "creators".

Phil run a lot of last second shots for Shaq, or leave it for Kobe/Fish?

Coaching 101

Luke says hella ****. He also didn't know the timeout situation earlier in the season but lied. **** him.

I'm irrationally mad right now thinking that IT sabotaged the play to take the last shot.

He didnt. Heat was smart as soon as Randle hit the screen the man who was guarding inbound went straight to Randle doubling him. Lonzo had to pass it out. IT wanted to be the savior and well you know the rest.

Randle the big.
Zo the passer/inbounder

Kuz, KCP, IT the shooters/creators.

Brooke is too stationary for a 7 second play. He isn't gonna create his own shot if he has to get it if Randle isn't open initially.

IT created a lot of turnovers and selfish possessions this game.

He shouldn't have been out there.

But he isn't nor is Luke the sole reason for losing. It's just frustrating because we should have won this game.

Lonzo 4-15 deserves blame too
Zo took better shots tonight and wasn't camping out the whole time behind the 3 point like jacking up 3s even though he made his first, when he can start finishing at the rim and get those floaters going conaistently he is really going to be a major threat on offense

IT caught the ball near half court and shot a 10 footer.

Brooke catchin near half court gettin that close?
