Magic & Pelinka need to do some work and get a late 1st or 2nd round pick for either Deng or Moz.
Whichever dead wright contract they can't get rid of. Stretch that contract to get it off the books.

We honestly don't need any picks. We have TOO much young talent as is. There's literally going to be 8 young guys now if they decide to keep everybody (#2, #28, D'Lo, Randle, Nance, Zu, JC, Nwaba). Some of that needs to be consolidated if anything.
Teams already inquiring about D'Lo's availability via SI.

You're missing the point.
Lakers needs to rid themselves of those horrible mistake contracts that Mitch & Jim Buss gave to Deng & Moz. They eat up a ton of cap space.
