I always thought the funniest part of the story was his friends using the Lakers against him in video games.

i remember one day i went to footaction and they had smush swingman jerseys on sale for $10, i ended up getting one and showed it to him like hey man lookwhat i got

on a serious note though, he handled that incident way better then me or alot of people in general would.

What makes it even worse is dude was making an anniversary gift for the lady..and thats what he gets in return..man..

EDIT: it was hard for a couple months, the story spread amongst the people i knew, every time i would play someone in any nba game, they made sure to use the lakers, casue he was kind of still on their roster and only play with him to clown on me...

Smush was talented, athletic and did some amazing things for us. Unfortunately, he did not have a very high basketball IQ and I was very happy when we got backDerek Fisher, who one of the most steady, cool headed and smart role players in the NBA and aside from about half dozen all star point guards, you want D Fishas your starting point guard. He has shown that he can start and finish games when the stakes are the highest they can be.
