Has anyone ever bought a Refurbished laptop before. been pondering buying this refurbished laptop for awhile but not sure if they are trustworthy. is there anything i should look for  or be warned about. any helpful information is much appreciated.

As long as it's refurbished and sold by a reputable dealer you'll have the same insurance on it as if you had purchased it new.

What Brand laptop are you buying? if its a Macbook yea, if its not HELL NO! Your warranty is cut short from 1yr to only 90 days.

i thought circut city went out of business? anyway they are used, but these are like new for the most part.

I personally wouldn't buy any company's refurbished laptop aside from Dell. The Dell Outlet has some excellent deals.

They were running a 20% off coupon promo two weeks ago (not sure if it's still active) so I grabbed my mom a laptop for $360 shipped and taxed, with Windows 7. I was lowkey heated, it runs circles around my old refurbished Dell laptop.
