I believe they are fake.
He's doing a really good job hiding the Nike Air tab on the tongue.
From what I can see, the shoes also have peaks at the front.
The insole shouldn't have a jump man if these are the 2013 release.

Can't tell if the swoosh is suede or not and they're definitely not 2013's..
