Is it possible for a pair of nike have different production dates on the tag? The start date is the same the end date is different

CF is like this on GS sizes.. My opinion is they look too icey kinda and the 23s look a lil tall.. Also laces look pretty thin in my opinion. Not really an expert in GS 11s tho..
