Legit check on Air Jordan XII PE

Anyone know if this tag is legit on a Air Jordan XII Gary Payton PE? It's supposed to be a size 10, I don't know these were really made in that size, but that and the way the tag has me questioning whether it's legit or not. Can anyone help me out?

i HAVE NEVER UNDERSTOOD PEOPLES IDEA THAT A TAG TELLS THE AUTHENTICITY OF A SHOE, YES IT IS A GOOD START BUT BY NOW I CAN TELL INSTANTLY IF A XI OR AN XIII IS LEGIT OR NOT JUST BY LOOKING AT THE SHOE. i CAN PRINT A TAG ON MY COMPUTER IN ABOUT 10 MIN AND ATTACH IT TO A FAKE SHOE IN ANOTHER 5 MIN. THE SHOES TELL THE REAL STORY POST PICS OF THE SHOES.

That's all the seller sent me yesterday, but he did send a pic of the heel. They're fake, the 23 is off.

crazy.. they'll fake anything and everything I guess..  have to keeps my eyes open even more so now..
