Just saw these on kijiji, are they legit, and if they are, how much should I offer?

On most of the low concords I have looked at the CF has been very clean/smooth and defined. These look rough to me but that doesnt mean Im claiming fake. Depending upon the release, the CF can differ. I cant give definite answer. I hope more opinions come. Know nothing about kijiji, it may just be lighting idk. But the CF has me skeptical.

They look legit, but beat. Can see a lot of creases on the side and then midsole wrinkles.
The CF looks right and I believe is the angle/ lighting that's making it look off. I wouldn't pay over $100 for this pair.
