That's not what I was saying at all. I have no problem with someone who does that.
What I was getting at is people who intentionally go out to eat with this idea of "ok we gonna get SOMETHING" for free. That's lame. Don't say you want a steak "well done but not burnt" or complain about things that really don't need to be complained about. Within reason everything is fine, but there are tons and tons of people who exploit the fact that the good industry gives into them so much.
But then again, that's the industries fault to begin with. That's a whole 'nother story though.

I dunno. I just feel like the food industry shouldn't bow down to people as easy. Yes, your business' success depends on customer satisfaction. With that said, there needs to be a line drawn. Seriously how much food is WASTED because of finicky people? How much money is WASTED because of those same people.
If there's repeat offenders in the same place then you can get the GM to stop it. Still, I just wish they wouldn't buy so much damn food for these people so they continue to do it. If they are the type of people to get pissed and not come back then good riddance. You shouldn't be here in the first place.
Like I said though, this is all within reason. Obviously there's a ton of reasons why food should be bought and no charge at all to the customer. You sending back two different dishes you ate half of and claim you "didn't like it" is no excuse. You're GOING to pay for one of them.
