i feel you on the kids part.
I was in an almost identical situation. Shorty from work was feeling me - around the same age as well. Lightskin was mad fly, and kept on insinuating she wanted it. Long story short, I couldn't do it. It wasn't the husband though, I could care less about the "sanctity" of marriage, for me it was the kids. OP being from a divorced family should know better, you could change the life of that 10 year old forever, for what?
the husband and concept of marriage are things i could respect but there not the end all be all to me.
if the girls willing to cheat, chances are if its not with me it will be with someone else. i don't want that guilt on my hands though, being a big reason why those kids parents divorce. if someone else is the reason then that's on them but i don't want that feeling of contributing to it on my conscience.
dudes need to scope out the potential warning signs before marrying a woman though. most the time if you observe how she acts and carries herself the signs are there before the act happens.
