This thread has been ridiculous.
But to add to it AL East prediction is the Rays don't make the playoffs.

Yankees take the East back & Red Sox get the Wild Card.

All-Star this season....

O's will have a POTENT offense...but with the questions with the pitching, it will most likely be another last or second to last place finish....that beingsaid, the future is bright....team is finally headed in the right direction....

Streaks I'm watching, I think these are correct:

Washington Nationals have not made the playoffs since 1981.
Kansas City Royals have not made the playoffs since 1985.
Pittsburgh Pirates have not made the playoffs or had winning record since 1992.
Cincinatti Reds have not made the playoffs since 1995.

get ready for the WS to take place in the ALCS this year....i don't even have to name the teams who will be throwing down in this year's ALCS. 7 gamesFTW

man i'm pumped...love this time leading up until opening day. can't wait

Oswalt will be a 20 game winner, Berkman will have a great season, Tejada will get his citizenship, he will tell at least one more lie before the end of theseason. Our losing season will shed more light on our bullpen.

The American League
West: Athletics (not blind optimism, but reality. Angels have lost Texiera, stayed fairly put this offseason. Oakland has done major cleaning up with it'soffense, and if Nomar signs for utility use we can be the favorites.)
Central: White Sox
East: Rays (last year was no joke, they'll only get better.)
Wild Card: Yankees (they'll definitely push for the division crown, and I wouldn't be surprised if they win it, either.)

The National League
West: Dodgers
Central: Cubs
East: Mets
